Digital event for International Students
Dear international students!
the leonardo-office cordially invites you (full degree international students), international graduates and PhD students to our next English information event about Erasmus internships abroad. This will take place on 16.12.20 at 4pm as digital Zoommeeting.
Apart from general information about how to find and prepare for an internship and how to receive the Erasmus grant, we will invite some alumni and current interns to tell their fellow students more about their experience. Moreover, we will also talk about visa issues and the impact of the corona pandemic on international internships.

ERASMUS TRAINEESHIPS IN EUROPE
29.05.2019: Next Tuesday, June 4th, LEONARDO is holding an INFORMATION EVENT in Magdeburg specifically for international students, doctoral candidates and graduates.
The event ist the first that will be held for this highly increasing target group. It will be in English and include issues in line with this specific group, like visa.

Summer School at University of Bayreuth
24.04.2019: The University of Bayreuth hosts a summer school dealing with an `Introduction to Spanish Law" and taking place from 5. - 16. August 2019.

Lisbon International Intellectual Property Summer Course
24.04.2019: The Portuguese Society for Intellectual Property Law and the Law School of the Lisbon University will jointly organize, in 2019, the Lisbon International Intellectual Property Summer Course.

Summer ELSA Brno Law School on IT Law
24.04.2019: ELSA Brno is proud and delighted to invite you to the 7th edition of our Summer ELSA Brno Law School on IT Law. We will again focus on the ever developing field of IT Law which is nowadays growing both in demand and significance.
Brno is considered to be a little Czech Silicon Valley which is the reason why we are the best option if you want to learn something about IT Law! Since we wanted to provide you as much information as possible, but also not to bore you to death, we have decided to combine theory and practice. You will learn from lawyers and experts from the IT field, you will have the chance to visit the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office or the KYPO - Cyber Excercise & Research platform. It is capable of creating various scenarios involving extensive computer networks running services and applications and thus facilitates the detailed study of the emergence, spread, and impacts of current cybernetic threats. Furthermore, the KYPO platform can be used for extensive security training exercises in which several teams of users can compete against each other or work together. The summer adventure in Brno takes place from 21st to 28th of July 2019.

“Current developments on financial crime, corruption and money laundering: European and international perspectives”
Thessaloniki, 3-11 July 2019
The Research Institute for Transparency, Corruption and Financial Crime, Faculty of Law - Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (http://anti-corruption.law.auth.gr/ ), hosts an intensive 8-day summer school on current developments in the fields of financial crime, corruption and money laundering at a national, European and international level, for participants who wish to advance their knowledge in this field.
The summer school will focus on ongoing developments regarding key issues in combating international fraud, corruption and money laundering, international and European anti-fraud mechanisms and procedures, etc. Current developments to be discussed will include, inter alia, the recent Directive on fraud against the EU financial interests, the Regulation on the European Public Prosecutor`s Office, the Anti-Money Laundering Directive, which recently came into force, asset recovery and confiscation, offshore companies, corruption, etc.
An ‘early bird’ special tuition fee applies for anyone who registers until 15 March 2019.
